This holiday villa with walled garden is built in the traditional Cypriot style on an exclusive gated complex overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. It boasts a roof terrace (ideal for private sunbathing, and viewing the magnificent sunsets) Colourful landscaping meanders through the private road surrounding the complex. The villa has been furnished and equipped to a first class standard. The Villa has a landscaped garden and is perfect for the children to play in. Terraced areas lead from all rooms and there is an off the road covered carport. Less than 10 metres from the Villa are two swimming pools with uninterrupted views of the sea below.

Chlorakas is a five minute drive from Paphos which is situated close to the Western peninsular of the Island and is only 15 minutes from the airport. It boasts high summer temperatures and moderate winter temperatures. There is a range of activities available to suit every age group. Eating Out is still much cheaper than most European countries. There are a variety of restaurants, ranging from Traditional Cypriot, Japanese, Chinese, Italian, Indian, Steak House, Fish and Chips and many more! The Cypriots are very friendly people and do everything they can to welcome you, so that you want to return to the Island time and time again.

A Little Oasis!

We first stayed at The Beach House as a family in July 2009 and loved it so much we went again in June 2010 for our 20th Wedding Anniversary on our own. We go back again as a family in July 2010. As you can tell we love it there. Fantastic location, quiet and restful. Lovely to come back to after a busy day out or just relaxing there away from it all. Perfect for our children, 8 and 10 who can't wait to be back in the pool. We had a very nice welcome after a late flight and it is always clean. One of our favourite things is the huge bed in the master bedroom. It's so comfortable. We have stayed in lots of places with uncomfortable beds and you can't wait to get home!!

We have been visiting Cyprus since our kids were young - 17 years ... this year we stayed at the Beach House villa ... and all 6 of us absolutely loved it ... plenty of room, lovely location, fantastic surroundings, helpful and friendly welcome, we know the island, so did lots of fun things, but what a welcoming place this was ... highly recommended .. everything that you could want and more!

Lovely Villa
